Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)to join the team at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The LCSW will provide comprehensive clinical social work services to patients and families while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will assess patients' psychosocial needs and provide appropriate clinical interventions, counseling, education, crisis support, and care coordination.
ResponsibilitiesConduct psychosocial assessments and evaluate patients' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Provide individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing emotional or situational difficulties.
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
Relevant clinical social work experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
